powder add it in a glass of warm milk mix it well and have this every night
before you sleep and remember not to have anything after you have this soak about eight to ten almonds over night and in the morning peel the skin off and grind the almonds to make a paste like this and now take this paste added to glass of milk and have it for a few months to see the difference wash six to eight gooseberries or amla grind them and extract the juice out of it like this now add this juice to a bowl take a
little bit of this amla Juice Juice add a little bit of honey and you can drink this every day for best results at carrots to your daily
diet either the raw form or as a juice also you can follow certain simple tips
that I give you so that you can exercise your eye muscle splash cold water on
your eyes every morning and also rub your palms together until they’re warm
and you can apply this to your closed eyes and also light a candle look at it and then shut your eyes do
