Palak Paneer Recipe- Restaurant Style


HELLO FRIENDS, WELCOME TO MY CHANNEL ‘KAJAL KI RASOI’ TODAY WE ARE GOING TO MAKE PALAK PANEER RESTAURANT STYLE. IF YOU LIKE THE VIDEO, PLEASE SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE VIDEOS. LET’S SEE WHAT ALL INGREDIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE PALAK PANEER. SPINACH LEAVES (WASHED)- 250 GM PANEER / INDIAN COTTAGE CHEESE -200-250 GMS (CUT INTO 1 INCH CHUNKS) ONION – 2 (ROUGHLY CHOPPED) TOMATO – 2 (ROUGHLY CHOPPED) MALAI / CREAM – 3-4 TSP OIL – 3-4 TBSP BESAN / GRAM FLOUR – 1 TBSP GARLIC (PEELED) – 10-12
GREEN CHILLI – 1 CHOPPED GINGER – 1 INCH PIECE
CUMIN SEEDS – 1/2 TSP SALT 1TSP (AS PER TASTE)
GARAM MASALA POWDER– 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER – 1/2 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1/2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – 1/2 TSP FEW GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES (FINELY CHOPPED)– FOR GARNISHING TURN ON THE FLAME AND BOIL 1 LITRE OF WATER IN A POT BOIL IT ON HIGH FLAME ADD SPINACH LEAVES IN THE HOT WATER COOK IT FOR 5 MINUTES TAKE IT OUT FROM THE BOILING WATER POUR LITTLE COLD WATER ON THE SPINACH LEAVES TAKE OUT THE SPINACH LEAVES IN THE BLENDING JAR KEEP IT ASIDE TURN ON THE FLAME AND HEAT A PAN ADD 2 TABLESPOON OF OIL ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND SAUTE IT ADD GINGER, GARLIC, ONIONS & GREEN CHILLI. COOK IT FOR 3-4 MINUTES MIX IT ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES. MIX IT. COOK THE TOMATOES ON MEDIUM FLAME TILL IT TURNS LITTLE SOFT. (2-3 MINUTES) TURNOFF THE FLAME AND LET IT COOL DOWN. TAKE OUT THE FRIED INGREDIENTS IN THE BLENDING JAR.
BLEND IT INTO PASTE ADD LITTLE WATER AND BLEND IT AGAIN PASTE IS READY. HEAT THE SAME PAN AGAIN. ADD OIL. ONCE THE OIL IS HEATED, REDUCE THE FLAME TO LOW. ADD GRAM FLOUR AND SAUTE IT FOR FEW SECONDS. THEN ADD TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT INTO THE HOT OIL. COOK IT FOR 1-2 MINUTES. MIX IT ADD THE SPINICH PASTE. STIR IT ON LOW FLAME FOR 2-3 MINUTES. ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER & MIX IT. ADD MALAI AND MIX IT. ADD PANEER CUBES. GENTLY STIR IT COOK IT FOR 2 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME. TURN OFF THE FLAME PALAK PANEER IS READY. GARNISH WITH GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES, MALAI & GRATED PANEER. PALAK PANEER IS NOW READY TO BE SERVED. SERVE IT HOT WITH ROTI, PARANTHA OR NAAN. PLEASE SUBSCRIBE MY CHANNEL.
