Imaginary Targets


– [Wendy] This is imaginary targets. Perform this exercise sitting in a chair. Look at a target directly in front of you like this x on the card. Close your eyes and turn your
head slightly to the right imagining that your eyes are
still looking at the target. Now open your eyes to see if you’re still looking at the target. Align your head back in the center, look at the target again. Now close your eyes and turn
your head slightly to the left, again imagining that your eyes are still looking at the target. Now open your eyes to see if you’re still looking at the target. Again, realign your head in the center, look at the target, close your eyes, slightly turn your head to the right imagining you’re still
looking at the target. Now open your eyes and see
if you can see the target. Again turn your head to the
center, look at the target, close your eyes, slightly
turn your head to the left imagining you’re still
looking at the target. Now open your eyes to see if you’re still looking at the target. Repeat this sequence for one minute. Perform this activity three times per day.
