AESTHETIC ABS – 8 MINUTE WORKOUT

an aesthetic abs workout which you can follow along in real-time. the exercises will
strengthen your core and help you sculpt those abdominal muscles for an
impressive aesthetic six-pack our our eight minute workout is perfect for beginners,
you can do it anywhere and you don’t need equipment. each exercise is 45
seconds, we’ll give you a countdown followed by 15 seconds rest. so let’s get
to work. first it’s a crunch with crossed arms feet on the floor keep your lower
back pressed to the floor raise your upper body as you crunch breathe out. 45
seconds – and go breathe out on the crunch ten more seconds. three two one change,
now rest for 15 seconds as you get ready for alternating he’ll touch. feet about
