  4. Ok. I admit it I have ALL the signs and before I see this video, I had already understood that I'm suffering from depression and I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted. Also I would like to say that I would never go to a psychologist to treat my depression.

  5. I’m a Leo to the T. Most of those qualities died when my my did in 2012. I stayed in my room 24/7 even w two kids, my husband and a new baby. It’s ‘19 (another baby in 2014) now and between then and now I’ve been diagnosed w anxiety and OCD but mine is obsessive and compulsive thinking which can ruin time I should be spending w my family. My husband doesn’t understand and my kids are always asking me if I’m okay-as a mother it makes me feel horrible them seeing me like this 😖

  6. I read a couple books or sites. Now I can help people that struggle. Have you lived it. Then you don't know. Shut up.

  9. Yes i have all these was born in an abuseive family that gave me ptsd 25 years old and all of the things here i have to tired.

  10. Need help. Pissed off of my life. There are things that bother me alot. Everyone in my family irritate me. I just wanna leave everyone and live alone. Somewhere there nobody knows me nor I know them. Just want to live the way i want.

  11. I always helped people and I thought I'd always be there for them even tho they aren't there for me, but lately it's like I shut down and don't care and I'm being extra rude, I'm just fed up that's all.

  13. Boy this is me. I had a breakdown last week. It was not fun. But my friend saw that I was doing down and she told me to see a therapist. That’s been working and I asked my parents to help with a plane ticket home for a week. I’m across the country now. And doing it by myself

  14. Gary Jules – Mad World…dreams in wich I'm dying are the best I've ever had…never got this line till i got all 7…i had those dreams and they felt like the best ever,i can only hope you don't get this

  15. This video was confusing, jumped all over the place and I felt didn't take the subject seriously. Irritation is a terrible word to use for this specific video. Pattern goes like this.

Certain events over time that affect the person emotionally lead to overthinking and over stimulation of the brain. If we arent managing the situation right we get overwhelmed. That overwhelmed feeling leads to retreat. From the situations, people who remind you of your trouble, things that remind you of anything giving you grief. The brains plan is to distract so it can rebuild but the problem most often is that the issues arent resolved in that person's life usually due to personal reasons. Someone with social anxiety for instance may become depressed or mentally exhausted trying to work in an environment where they have to talk to extroverted people a lot. The wall between problem and solution becomes blurred because the person has to quit their job to be happy but may be anxious about being able to find another job.

This then leads to a burnout, or depression, dissociation and depersonalization or derealisation. Causing the person to sleep deep into their own hell.

During this time a person will commonly do something like take a week off work, not get out of bed, be unable to express their emotions healthily. Until at some point their emotional fatigue calms down and they can pull themselves up and continue. Or go to therapy/psych ward.

This video is lopping a lot of things together in a very confusing way. We can be like computers. If you have a fuck ton of tabs open and 6 programs running the computers fan starts roaring and everything slows down and glitches until finally it shuts itself down and turns back on when its calmed down.

  16. God damn FBI sending me text counselor ads I'm never gonna use them but thank u alot FBI agent I appreciate it. Please stop looking at me cry

  18. Hi I have a question is it bad if I have Irritation, Lack os motivation, Anledonia (idk how to spell it), sleeping disorders, seasonal affective disorder, the ghrilin thing (I can’t spell it) sadness and on top of there’s depression, ADHD, learning disability (idk if it had anything to do with it) and anxiety……plz answer I need to know

  19. This is me smh,I haven't been happy for a while,I think its becuase of all that bad shit that's happened in my life, lately I've been extra numb to everything and everyone I just dont care and that's not my character,I'm truly blessed but it's getting to me….

  20. A lot people asked me why
    I am sad
I always answer this is my normal face

    Is true tho
    This is my normal face

  21. I have all of this and I’m 14 I feel nothing anymore form talking to people to randomly laughing and I can’t sleep I don’t know what to do anymore

  22. I wish I was mentally ill or something close to that cause I can’t take this stress anymore this stress or mixed feelings like I can’t do I need a someone that talks and fixes your issue I forgot what they were called but I really am feeling mixed emotions my heart sinking depression crying cause I remembered something happened years ago please give me advice

  23. I hate how they keep telling us socialize more but it's like wtf. That's what fucked us up the first 312,6451 times

  24. Im not depressed, im just so tired of people and their agendas, im content with myself but not really all that happy. By this point in my life I've realized that just because you're an adult doesn't mean people cant act like children. Hell, sometimes i think a kid can seem so simple and can hold more maturity than an adult, to an extent of course. No one around me wants to mind their own fucking business even if i haven't done anything to them. Why is everyone so rude, why must people be so crule and act so low to me for no good reason. Why do some people never grow up -,-

  25. I have all of these.and more depression anxiety ocd and aspergers I just don't want to live anymore If it wasn't for my Pets I would end it all right now and I'm only 15

  26. Ugh, yeah, some people see social interaction as a burden that will add to their stress. But that’s probably because sometimes it IS a burden that adds to their stress! Regardless of whether they are emotionally or mentally exhausted and/or depressed. Maybe it’s just me, because I have a severe social anxiety disorder, but 9 out of 10 social interactions stress me the hell out. And it doesn’t matter how the interaction went or who it was with. Of course, it’s a lot more stressful if it went badly or was with someone I don’t get along with, but either way, I’m always at least a little stressed and need time to decompress afterwards. And somehow, I doubt it’s just me.

  27. Tall to people if you have any signs of depression
My social anxiety:Nope stop right there I shall not let you do this
    Me: .-. O…ok

  28. I lost the ability to feel… I don't get angry, sad, Happy, scared, excited, bored etc. Even if you try to jump scare me i will not be surprised and be jumpy… I can do my daily chores, and work perfectly fine. I also sleep fine… I sleep at 9pm and wake up between 4&5 am. Help…

  29. i cant take it anymore, so much toxicity and drama in my life…I didn’t start anything this time and they won’t leave me alone….so so tired….

  30. i am in a pg,i am become hopeless,i dont know what to do with the toxic people around me,i dont know what to do next, irregular, hv to lose weight, hv exam, cant remember anything, have to develop skill, missing my bf and family a lot and in a distance relation, worried about job, cant talk to anyone , feeling i hv no friends, bf hvnt enough time to talk with me, maintain my marks etc….who can relate….any one there?😭

  31. It’s like trying to peel a potato with a potato and people scream at you to get a peeler but then hand you another fucking potato

  32. i think i am because i feel like im mean and sometimes when my mom is at work i cry while watching tv for no reason and im getting less and less patience with my mom even tough shes not that bad

  33. I always feel stuck in this never-ending cycle of waking up, going to school, going home and finishing homework, studying, going to sleep, waking up, and it goes on and on and on until I graduate.

Then something in the cycle changes. School becomes work. There are even more thing to deal with. We’ll all have to work our ass off and barely have time for ourselves to really process what’s going on in our lives. Slowly we turn into robots repeating the same actions everyday without realising it, or we do realise, but there’s nothing we can do about it.

I wanna blame the system and the culture of our society. But it is almost the only way to keep the world going without plunging it into bigger chaos. There are so many people in the world and we need systematic ways to manage almost everything, even though many of us aren’t adapted to it.

I personally think that depressed people, or others struggling with mental health issues, aren’t at fault themselves for being so sick of and from this world. Some of us see the flaws in our society and we really really want to change it, make the world a better place or smth. (Or maybe it’s just me) but the older we grow and the more we learn, we find ourselves bounded by almost everything. Society has already shaped us into people we don’t want to be and forced us to do things we don’t like. And everyday from then on sucks. Those vicious cycles suck the life out of us.

Someone will tell us to grow up for hating to do certain things and getting upset because we HAVE to do them. They’ll tell us to be more realistic because the world is just what it is, and terrible or not, we’ll have to live anyway.

So there we are, stuck our entire lives, until we retire (if we ever). We start to look back on our past years and regret and realisation wash over us. We’ll have maybe 10 to 20, or maybe 30+ if we’re lucky, years to live, but by then we’ll be old and exhausted. And we can only then try to live our best lives while carrying the burden of how we’ve wasted majority of our time SUFFERING from school and work (kind of pointless rly, but perhaps you have a different view in it).

  34. I can’t cry. I can’t be happy. I can’t be sad. I can pretend the feelings I wish I had. Without feelings I’m lost. In an abyss. I can’t talk. I can’t be free. I start to see things, hear things. It isn’t there. It’s my mind. Does life matter? Does anything matter? Im here but I’m slowly loosing the feeling of me being here. I feel isolation. I may seem happy but it’s a show so that I can make others have the feeling of happiness when I cant. Why did they say these things? Why can’t I be me? I’m scared. I’ll shake like a dog in fear. I’ll feel cold and sick. Almost feel like puking out my fear. It’s like a plague over coming me slowly. Like a cancer. It goes away and just as I think I’ll make it out alive it comes back again. It kills me. I’m gone. Done. Nothing left except for a fully empty, broken, sick, cold soul.

  35. My girlfriend said she needed space/broke up with me, says she feels no emotions. 😢 I hope she is ok. I feel so bad for her. I have no access to her. I hope she figures it out.
